This blog showcases the kind of cakes, desserts and finger food that I make and are available for sale. I am into healthy cooking. I do not use any kind of preservatives, artificial flavourings and colourings in my cakes. I use natural flavours and taste from fresh fruits, real vanilla bean, chocolate, coffee and varieties of nuts. I also use less eggs in my cakes, making them healthy alternatives. All products are freshly baked accordingly at times of order and picking-up. Recommended to be eaten within 24 hours of pick-up. I need at least three days of notice for any order. Vanilla Cupcakes Remember the vanilla cupcakes with strawberries that I made earlier? A client who got engaged today requested that I make for her those cuppies. I was frank with her that I would not be able to do those fancy designs as mine are rather simple. She insisted that I make for her and requested a blue and silver theme colour for her cuppies. I don’t normally use food colouring and since she insisted I came up with this version. Price: $1.20 each, minimun order 24 cuppies

Banana Caramel Cheesecake The name may sounds sweet but the cake is light and not really sweet. The combination of banana. caramel and cheese sound exciting. Don’t you think so? I now realise they do make a great combination. This cheesecake is the ideal finale to a dinner party and toffee caramel or hot fudge sauce will make great compliments to this wonderful cake. Chopped almond toppings and self -made caramel shards. The caramel shards make wonderful glass-like figurines.Price : $40
