This blog showcases the kind of cakes, desserts and finger food that I make and are available for sale. I am into healthy cooking. I do not use any kind of preservatives, artificial flavourings and colourings in my cakes. I use natural flavours and taste from fresh fruits, real vanilla bean, chocolate, coffee and varieties of nuts. I also use less eggs in my cakes, making them healthy alternatives. All products are freshly baked accordingly at times of order and picking-up. Recommended to be eaten within 24 hours of pick-up. I need at least three days of notice for any order. Chocolate Marble Cake Many of you may be familiar with this cake, famously known in Malay as ‘KEK DAMAL’. However, my version is of a slight difference. Many bakers use artificial vanilla essence to get rid of the ‘fishy’ smell from the butter as well as the eggs. But I use lemon juice to do the job. The effect is a nice aroma cake that is not too zesty since this is a chocolate cake. The other difference is that I use real melted Belgium chocolate instead of cocoa powder. So, you can really taste the chocolaty taste!! A must try for cake lovers! Price : $30 for a 9 inch square.
